Service

Servicing is an essential, maximiseing eqipment performance and minimizeing downtime. We service all imageing equipment and processors either annually or Bi annually depending on your equipment age and workload. Small maintenance repairs are carried out without cost during service and a full report and output readings chart is issued for your RPA along with any suggestions or comments on equipment care or staff training.

Repair

As a service provider to the Radiographics profession we have found two important areas that needed to be addressed. Firstly is department downtime due to engineer call out times, We aim to respond to repair call outs on the same day where practical, and where possible carryout temporary repairs if parts need to be ordered to get the department functioning again.  Secondly is to provide a repair service that covers the whole department, when a problem or failure occurs it is hard for the user to know adsactly where the problem lies, one service agent saves time and costs. It could be a processor fault, or chemical problem and not a fault in the X-ray machine. This is why we repair both X-ray units and Processors. This negates the need to call out two separate companies if a fault occurs, and speeds the whole process up and reducing costs as well as equipment downtime.
